This large orthodontic practice in a glass curtain-walled high rise in Philadelphia came with the challenge of an acute triangular corner. It turned out to be a good accessible location for the private office. We made a ‘place’ out of the transition space between the two exam room wings by making it a little larger and providing a platform for a decorative element at its center. Note that the sterilization area is easily accessed from either treatment wing. Glass block walls for the exam rooms (note there is no bay) allow light to flood the space from both wings.
